2 hours of consultation Face to face or business with Interior Architect to conduct a thorough evaluation, take measurements as needed, photograph space and an inventory of what you already own which can be re-purposed or re-used in your improved space.
12 hours of Preliminary Design Concepts (created off – site) for each space which will include:
- - Drafted Floor Plan
  - Space Plan Options recommendations Furniture, Finishes, materials and lighting
  - Colour Scheme for all spaces
  - A Design Concept for your Space
  - Preliminary Cost Estimates
2 hours design consultation where we will discuss with you our recommendation, provide options, and finalize with you the design plan.
2 hours adjustments to existing proposal. Discuss changes, new options and to provide you with a final list of our recommendations and purchasing list.
